This rainy weather the last few weeks has kept some people out of the gym, but not all!! Tonight’s workout was a 15 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible), and was a burner. Great job, team!

5 Pull-ups / 10 Kettle Bell Snatches / 15 Doulbe unders (mod = 45 Single unders)
Alon and Dan learning the KB Snatch for the first time ever, AND Melissa doing Chest-To-Bar pull-ups?! AWESOME night!
