How can you be less jealous of others around them, and how can you allow jealous people around you to effect you less?

Being a little jealous can be a sign of admiration… but more than that is take competitiveness to unhealthy and irrational levels. I can’t understand how the gym wants to have a community atmosphere and doesn’t do anything to control the competition/jealous among members… I love to compete against my friends… at the end we are all amazing and improving together!
I agree 100%! I am really competitive, but I try really hard to never let that competitiveness turn into jealousy. Most people perform better when they’ve got people pushing them. Channel that for good, don’t let it negatively impact your training and mindset!
