Starting this Sunday, September 26th, 2010, I’m working at a new gym. CrossFit Lakewood!
It’s owner, Orion Tulchin, and I have been friends for a few years, so when we talked one day and he said he would love to have me join his team, I jumped at the chance!

For all of my athletes, new and old, I figured it would be fun to give you a little tour of the new space so you know what to expect. I can’t wait to see you guys here!
In the video I mention that the pull-up bars are going to be put up soon…. well they already are installed! The space is constantly getting even better 🙂
