It is with great pride that I share with the worrrllld that our very own Megan Pendergraft got her first EVER Muscle-Up today… and we caught it on tape!!

We all knew it would happen, huh? Apparently Orion told her last week, “Watch, you’ll get your first one right after workout 11.4.” Sure enough!
Way to push through it! i probably would have popped out an eyeball trying that hard.
